Welcome to the "Keep Calm" video course intended to help learners reduce or prevent an angry reaction, which leads to a healthier wellbeing with more peaceful relationships. This course, comprising four video lessons, will cover misconceptions about anger, what factors contribute to anger, what kind of attitude drives anger, and several tips to prevent anger from occurring. After completing this course, learners will increase their self-awareness and recognize what kinds of thoughts make their anger worse, so that they can live a more peaceful life.
