Eating Healthy
This course follows the story of Josh as he learns about the fundamentals of healthy eating and nutrition. Students will establish an understanding of the five food groups, the importance of establishing a balanced eating routine, the impact unhealthy food has on their bodies, and ways to create nutrition based goals in their own lives. Students will practice identifying healthy eating resources in their communities and evaluate their ability to make healthy eating choices for themselves.
