This skills-based package of three courses introduces students to the concept of mental health. Students will learn how to manage stress and build resilience, and explore different mental and emotional disorders. Students explore these topics through simulated text messaging and social media experiences in this self-paced and interactive learning module. With this packaged learning experience, students will have access to three diverse courses and additional character details that add further context to each course.

This course has been reviewed and approved by the New York City Department of Education Office of School Wellness Programs and meets New York City mental health education standards.
