"Cyberbullying and Identity Protection'' (Texas version) follows the story of two students as they deal with hurtful comments on the internet. In addition to learning about the importance of digital citizenship and how to protect oneself on the internet, students learn about healthy ways of discouraging cyberbullying and strategies for intervention.  This lesson answers all questions from the original ''Cyberbullying and Identity Protection'' along with these additional questions: -How can I respond to cyberbullying? -How can I prevent bullying? -What are the effects of bullying?  This lesson is for grades 6-8.  How do I talk to my students about the effects of cyberbullying? In this Texas version of Cyberbullying and Identity Protection, students analyze the consequences of inappropriate digital communication as well as the impact that bullying has on bullies.
